Claimant says: "the fact that i was told no tow truck was available but when i talked to scott he informed me AFTER i was towed that they should have sent a tow truck. so i should not have to pay this bill and i should receive my full payment no matter what he feels is fair. the tire was only on the car for no more than 30 minutes when it blew. this is not my fault and i should not hve to pay this bill out of my own pocket.”
