In the process when I filed the paper work on line the on line statement was that I was preapproved for a house loan refinance. My credit scores from the three credit reports ranged from 622 to 645 as i had a copy of the september creddit report thru score sense.com. I was instructed to call Ryan Sabouneh regarding my looaan application, and he stated mt credit scores were below the six hundred mark for approval for a loan, and I believed he was right in his statement but wrong where he had gotten his credit score numbers recored from. I challenged him on this point. So he said he could not proceed with the loan because I did not have a credit score for all three recording agenies above 600. and he was sorry he could not accomodate me. I was sent a pdf stating the reasons for rejection. then I got another email from amerisave mortgage corp. that they now had interest rates available for me to click on the link from my email box, so I did and when I clicked on new rates it said that there was no nre rates advailable for me at this time. so I applied one more tim to amerisave because of this reason.*” ...Show less »
