Claimant says: "I bought a 2010 Toyota Rav. I asked my seller if the car came with roadside assistance and she said no. After that I continued my AAA membership. My saklespeerson promised to reimburse me since it was her error. The general managwer also said he did not know the car had roadside assistance. I told them I would e-mail BBB and gave them a chance to respond but they haven't.HOw can you be managers, sell cars and not know what comeas with the car. I was also promised free mats and was chared 299.00.”
