Claimant says: "Chase bank's employee at the Cedar springs branch in Michigan assisted Karol of same city in the forgery and withdrawal of $27, 969.21 from my checking account no.856725320 by writing checks that I had left by mistake in the office of her business. I did maintenance lawn mowing etc. for her. The employee that assisted her was her best friend.
