In addition, she has kept my late husband's belongings, refusing to cooperate with a letter of demand written by an attorney in Duluth that I retained for $500 and a letter written by Native Legal Aid to send my late husband's belongings back to me with my clothing that she kept as well. She had taken my late husband to Sioux Falls, SD and stolen my Social Security ID which was reported and to my knowledge nothing has been done. She blocked my getting to him and interfered in our marriage when he was so ill he didn't know who she was or why he was in Duluth. He had gone there to visit his granddaughter and according to Minnesota Medicare, the ex kidnapped him. In the past when he went there he always came home. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of NEO sent me on a Mercy flight to Duluth after battling with this sociopath and Bernie and I had the last week of his life together, then I had to stay in her home to wait for death certificates. I signed necessary papers to register her daughter and grandchildren with the Rosebud Sioux Rreservation that she would not have had ithout me. In turn she promised to mail these belongings to me because there was no way I could get them on the plane. She has ignored all phone calls, letters, etc. and I cannot afford to go back to Duluth and file a civil claim as I am disabled and also care for my stepson who is terminally ill. and she knows this.
