Claimant says: "An ipad was purchased for a christmas present and at the time of the purchase we were told if it was returned within 3 days it would not be activated. It was in fact returned the following day. I then received a bill in january 2012 for the returned item. I called verizon immeditely and told them the ipad had been returned (call made 1/8/12 @ 11:50am talked to Terrance) I was told that the charge was taken off and everything was taken care of.
