Claimant says: "I bought a Rheem pachage unit 4 Ton 13 seer. It was delivered with a 10KX heater ...I need a 7KW I call the owner and requested a a change and he has put me off for over 4 month. I have to have my house rewired if I have the 10KX put in. I just want the exchange no money or anything. He has set up time and never showed and gave me all kinds od double talk.
