This was not a very good reason for not to do what I requested. On that date it was with the general maneger. I had also wanted to cancel my extended warrenty they told me I could but I have no conformation of the cancelation of the warrenty as yet. my complaint is the service is not what it seemed to be. I only have the bill of sale for the sevice and warrenty agreement and the amount of cost for these services.*” ...Show less »
