Claimant says: "On oct.2010 we purchased a metal roof,after the winter we have notified t he company that the snow shoe has broken off, they attempted to contact us the end of may but we were away on vacation, upon return i notified the company they said they would send someone here when they would be in the area, it is now 4 months later and no response,, complaint #2 On Aug 31 2011 i sent 2 email regarding the roof leaking in the kitchen, no response!!!.
