Claimant says: "Sir, On September 2, 20013,my husband and and I were in walmart #515 to shop. I was pulling a food cart [basket] when Mary Roberson, hit me with 4 or 5 carts in the back. I hit my knee on front basket ,the force was so hard. I thought I was O K. I went homes started to hurt before 2:00 pm. I called Walmart ,talk to ass. manager. he said to come in and sign paper for incident I did this on the sept.3,2013. Claimant says: "I bought a coputer costing me 580.00. When I asked how long I had to return it, they told me 30 days..I tried to return it yesterday and they would not take it back. I tried two differant stores. I had the receipt with me. The girl even said they had alot of new help during the Holiday season and that they didn't know.
