Claimant says: "breach of contract, recently purchase a semi truck from truck capital. they required me to put a security deposit of twelve thousands dollars down which i did. but in the contract required ten thousand, so i ask that my two thousand be refunded without any delay, instead i got my truck repo. when try contacting truck capital a rep by the name of art told me since i no longer have business with them they cannot speak to me on the phone and hung up.”
