Claimant says: "ordered a set of rims&tires (5/18/2010), price $650.00+$100.00 S&h, i have not to this day received the order and this person, Hamid Kahn acts as if he can just take my money without fear of any legal actions. i've tried repeatedly to contact him and he just ignores my reguest for a refund. i sent this money to him by way of westernunion quick collect (MTCN:437-446-1903)”
