Claimant says: "I was interested in buying a trailer from Sonny's RV. They asked that I put a $500.00 downpayment on the trailer I was interested in to hold it. I agreed with the understanding that if the purchase didn't go through, I would receive my money back. I decided against the purchase, and when I went back for my downpayment, I discovered they had no intention of refunding my money, and that the check was cashed the day after I wrote it.”
