Claimant says: "Aug 25th - we parked our car in their lot (8 of us) formed a car pool and went to lunch at Chinook in Ballard. We are all members of the club, the club was closed for a week for cleaning purposes. There were no signs stating the lot was closed no cones, no tape, nothing. When we returned two hours later all three cars had been towed away, it cost 248.83 for each car to retreive them. The club has granted us one month free, we want four. We pay 67.00 a month, all are in our 70 and 80's in age. l”
