Claimant says: "We sign a contract with company in June. We paid a $3000.00 deposit. A representative came out and measured the windows. He said he should have the windows ready in a week or two. In early September I called the man who came out and measured the windows and he said he would be out in ewo weeks to install the windows. I have tried to reach him by phone but all I get is a message and no call back. O eaith want my moniesrefunded or my windows put in.”
