Complaint Types: I just feel ripped off.

Claimant says: "I order eye glasses from optics fast on the end of oct. and they send the glasses in dec. and they had the tent so dark they were like shade,so i send them back to be fick.After that thing start giong down hill,they started senden me rude email letter and ihave everyone of them,But anyway they have not send my glasses,which i need bad,I paid 274.00 for these glasses and 11.80 to send them back.So i need help.”
