Claimant says: "We own two Lexus cars, mine is 12 years old, we bought is new, my husbands car is 3 years old, we also bought it new, and has 80,000 miles, on our way back from a trip to San Francisco with my husbands 3 year old car his transmission had a problem. Lexis dealership said they need to put in a new transmission. this is going to cost us $3,700, We bought this car because of its dependability so this sort of thing would not happen to us.
