Claimant says: "I HAVE APPLIED FOR A HOME MODIFICATION SINCE AUGUST 2011.I HAVE FAXED IN EVERY APPLICATION THAT WAS SENT, THEY NEVER CALL BUT I CALL CHASE EVERY WEEK OR EVERY OTHER WEEK JUST TO BE TOLD THAT THEY HAVE EVERYTHING THEY NEED.FROM August TIL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ANSWER REGRADING MY MODIFICATION TO MY SATISFACTORY I HAVE BEEN ACCOMMODATING THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS.
