Complaint Types: Failure to repair/replace basic household utilities

Claimant says: "I paid a pet deposit of $600.00 to Property Manager, Linda Hietpas in May of 2010 and a security deposit. Upon ending my lease on February 28,2011, I would expect full refund of this monies, ( of course with hillcrest seeing that there is no damage due to pets). To be honest I am apprehensive about complaining to this Bureau as I am a woman who lives alone. Please advise me of any recourse of action I can take.”
