Claimant says: "i lost my job and had to find another job at alot less pay got behind in my payments i ask to have my payments lowered the agent told us if when we sent them two payments he would restructure my loan he got the two payments then wanted two more the agent went as far as to call my ex-wife and tell her some very personal info about me even told her he would give her money if she told him where i could be found and my truck i feel my privacy rights has been vilated by this company also because they refuse to lower my pay” ...Show more »
