Claimant says: "I joined this company to resolve my credit problems. They took over $1,600.00 of mine within 6 months, instead of pursuing a resolution of my debts. I was paying them $699 a month, I sadly found out that they take 17% of total debts BEFORE they actively pursue creditors for a settlement! They did NOT contact creditors, told me to NOT answer the phone when creditors called, that they would deal with them directly on my behalf.
