Claimant says: "This agency obviously broke the law regarding credit reporting. The info given to Cornerstone by Video City did not have my social security number. Where/how they got it is against the law. They have told me that these errors happen all the time. I disagree that this is an error. They did this to me, as a way to get their debt paid, which they did. But this is not legal, and they are liable for their actions. It is my opinion that as long as companies like this are allowed to continue to act in this way, the cons” ...Show more »
