Claimant says: "I bought a pair of Uggs. I received them and they are too big. Before I can return them I needed to contact the Company for the address. I did so but they will not give the address. I was told it is not a good idea to return the boots since they might get lost or confiscated by customs. They also suggested I try to resell them or give them as a gift for Christmas. When I demanded a refund they offered me 15% then 20% on my next purchase. I have boots that I can't use purchased at a Company that is not reputable. I just ” ...Show more »
