Claimant says: "We ordered phones May, 19 2010, and was charged $129.83 on the credit card. In June we emailed, they said they were on back order, it would be a while to get them. In July we got tired of waiting because we needed phones, and asked for our money back, we never got it after a total of aprox 3 months or so of waiting. We call and there is no response. I am a hard working person, every penny is important in our budget”
