I informed the managers of Crestbutte that I was moving, the first of August 2011 that I would be moving, therefore I gave them my 30 day notice, plus I went into the office and filled out the nescesary paper work. When i did not receive it, I tried to call several times but they either did not ansewer or return the calls until October 13, 2011. The office manager informed me that I would not be receiving my deposit check as it is non refundable, and when I informed her that she was the one who told me that I would receove the check, she quickly denied saying it, but I have a witness who heard the whole conversation. Also they say that the walk through was fine, no damage to the apartment, in fact they said it was cleaner then when I moved in. I was lied to from the very beginning, now they are saying I owe then $70 for moving fees. I did not move out early!. I want my cleaning deposit of $300.00 now.*” ...Show less »
