Claimant says: "We live in northern Virginia and purchased Bertazzoni 48 Pro-Style Gas Range with 6 Sealed Burners, two ovens and an Electric Griddle almost a year ago. When it arrived, the back was slightly dented and the front legs were crooked. We alerted the company right away, and a representative came to take pictures. But that was the beginning of the problems. We have had NINE service calls since then. One, to fix the thermostat on the larger oven when the temperature was not setting to the dial. The smaller oven has had three distinct thermostats, and the small oven still does not work in that the internal temperature is either over 400 or under 250. The broiler also goes out after being lit. They fixed this once, but now we can't even get it to light. This poses a SAFETY issue because had I not checked a few minutes after I turned on broiler to broil some food, we would have gas leaking into the house. The range and electric griddle work great, and it looks great, but it is a worthless product. Customer service isn't even returning our calls now and their only solution is to send more service techs out. We are done and want our money back as we have lost complete confidence in this product and in this company.*” ...Show less »
