Claimant says: "back in july, 2011 i had problems with the air conditioning on one of my properties, i called my home warranty company they sent american monster to check the ac, the diagnosis was that the ac needed a part to be replaced so they notified the home warranty ins. claim was denied. i asked them how much does the part cost? they said about $ 1,800.00. that is a lot of money i said, i asked them to give me the name of the part needed so i could look for it somewhere else. i did not have the $ 1,800.00 to pay for the part. ”
