Claimant says: "I paid for Tune Up 360, A software download and it froze my computer. I contacted Wondershare (the support team) and requested a refund and for them to fix my computer. It has been since August 14, 2011 and I received nothing. I can only contact them by E-mail and it takes a while for them to get back with me. I took my computer to the tech. store and they told me it would cost $180.00 to scrub my computer and re-install Windows. I will lose all files and software.
