Claimant says: "I signed a buyers contract with this Co, they kept trying to sell me higher priced homes, garages emty warehouses boarding houses and all I wanted was an Apt at 150 thousand dollars, so after a five months run around I purchased from another Real estate Co who only took 1week to find me a home and so now Windermere is demanding costs I am almost 90 yrs old bad eye sight and hearing and health and they tried to take advantage of me.”
