Claimant says: "We took are DVD in to get fixed Beginning of April 2010, 45 $ to look at it, he told us it was a board in the dvd and that is was worth fixing so it cost us another $155.00 to get another board, he replaced the board and gave it to us plus shipping of $35.00 but he said if it still did not work that company he got the broad from would replace it, so we hooked all up and it did not work we took it back 4/26/10 and have not seen it sense, he won't answer his phone when we call and he won't call us back.”
