Claimant says: "Vision Financial (FNCL) Filed a Collection Process with Trans Union on me. I have never heard of them. They listed their address as 6774 Troy Drive, Rockford, Il 61107. I called their listed number 800-470-9856. I was given another number 1 (800) 515-2500 and a prono ad came on. I hung up and dial again making sure I dialed correctly and got a prono recording again.
