Claimant says: "I have been with this credit union for about 40 years. I have had 3 fraudulent activities on my account in the last 6 months. They have deprived me of my debit and VISA card privedges and are going to close my account at the end of this month. They told me they would credit the fraudulent charges, yet they haven't. I just found out today that they have decided to remove my reward points of which I was planning to redeem for merchandise.”
