Claimant says: "Ordered a lift chair from US Medical in Sarasota, Fl for my employer to use in her bathtub. She tried it and doesn't have the strength to operate it. She wants to return it and company will NOT take it back since it was used. How is anyone going to know if they like it unless they try it???? Dirty rule. And, no one tells you the policy about their returns.”
