Claimant says: "I paid them for some service that I was suppose to had gotten but every time, they would come up with a way out of it, by saying that my contract does not cover that. When I first got the policy, they did not tell me that the policy had all those restriction on it, almost to the point of covering nothing, In exchange US Fidelis have not did one thing for the money that they have collected so, I just want my money back. I don't owe them anything,because they have not done anything but collected.”
