Claimant says: "I 've paid US Fidelis $2,636.36 and they have gone out of business no letter, no refund, no nothing! I called the number they told me for a refund and I'm getting the run around they told me I need to go through better business and thats why i'm contacting you. I need my money back not only did they close down with out notice they took my money each month until it was paid in full and went out of business.
