Claimant says: "I received a phone call from at Customer Service Rep at this company a month ago who offered to sell me Duck Tape at $.99 per roll. My company uses DUCK Tape for all of its shipping. Instead we received DUCT tape for $13.43 per roll. Today I received an invoice for $335.66 for 25 rolls of tape that are still in the box and are going to be returned. I read several similar complaints at a web site called rippedoffreport. com. Exact same experience with each small company.”
