Claimant says: "Thursday April 26, 2012 I (Donna Howard) went to have a tooth extracted. At that time I paid for the procedure in full $300.00. At the time of the procedure the dentist was told what I was allergic to (Lydocain) he said, if we give you nitrous it should calm you down, so that's what he did, then he administered LYDOCAIN, the very thing I said i was allergic to after the surgery I was sent home with NO POST CARE instructions. Over the next couple of days it got worse, I did call Dr. Rouse the next day and exclaimed to him that i was hurting really bad, at that time he told me to put orajel on it. It didn't work. Tuesday April 30 I called again begging for help and was told Dr. Rouse was no longer with the company. I then went to a different location, for the same company (TRINITY DENTAL) in Crosby, TX where the dentist told me, there was nothing he could do and sent me to the emergency room at Baytown Methodist Hospital where they treated me for an allergic reaction and anxiety from the pain. When I left there, I then went back to the location in Crosby, TX where the dentist was able to pack it and at that time, told me to come back so he could check it and repack if needed. On May 3, 2012 I went back and was informed he was at the location on the corner of Wallisville & Beltway 8 in Houston TX, to go there and he would see me. When I arrived at the location immediatly I was refused by the front desk to be seen. Then the office manager JENNIFER had made that decision even though I was told by the dentist to come there. When I ask for her last name I was refused the information. I also ask for a corporate office and refused that as well. The whole time I was crying in unbarable pain. I have lost 10 pounds because of this since since 4/28/2012 to 5/3/2012 from vomiting profusly and not being able to eat. I gave Trinity Dental a copy of the Emergency Room Bill which clearly states what I was treated for, from the hospital and was still called a liar. I have paid Trinity Dental IN FULL and I have been treated like a comon criminal for absolutly no reason. They refused to fix the damage they have done to my mouth. I have since developed DRY SOCKET now because they refused to repack it like they guaranteed. I want my $300.00 from the beginning, the $1200.00 ER bill needs to be paid considering they sent me there for giving me something I was allergic to after they told, and compensation my pain and suffering. At this time my attorney has advised me to go back to the Emergency Room due to the severe pain I am still dealing with and now I have been coughing up black stuff that I have never seen before in my life.*” ...Show less »
