Claimant says: "3-28-12 Had diamond 360.00 diamond hoop earrings from Macys repaired and cleaned came to pick them up 3-30-12 and diamonds was stolen out of one of my hoop earrings and replaced with diamond cuts! When I asked them what happened to my earrings and wheres my diamonds they put me out of their store. Waited for police to come to make a report they never came.”
