Claimant says: "ordered the wrong size mat for my trampoline called them was told to reorder the rite size and attach the original invoice number to the order then they would send a return label to take the old one back. had to email twice to get the return label as it did not come with the 2nd mat. Finally got a return label sent the mat back and still have not recieved a refund and now they will not even return my emails. been over 3 months”
