Claimant says: "I purchased a GPS from tomtom Octocer 2011. I used it on Jan. I took a trip to Baltimore on May 12, 2012. When I set it up in my car I was not getting a signal. I drove to Balt and no signal I called customer service I spend one hour on the telephone on May 14/12 the answer was called back they could not fix the problem.
