Claimant says: "About three weeks ago they put an ad in the paper to get more subscribers, since then I have not received a paper. I called and they said they would deliver but never did. I have been a customer for many years and this is the first time I have encounted such a problem. I like to read the paper with morning coffee, but haven't been able to. I just want an explaination as to why it is not being delivered anymore, and I am paid up also, thank you.”
