Claimant says: "I believe I am being withheld from a permanent job by Team Employment and Excel industries of Hesston. I worked through TE at Excel from Jan 3, 2011 through July 28, 2011. I was laid off. Team Employment assured me that I could return to Excel when they started hiring again. I called for a job every week from October through March 2012. Kept being told that there was nothing available. I was blatantly lied to. Team Employment sent 22 people from their agency to Excel industries.
