Claimant says: "On November 14, 2011 I engage the to workout a resolution with the IRS, which on the phone they told me they could, Mr. Fred Katz. The told me the review was free, and if they took on the case it would cost $5000.00, 1500.00 up front, and $875.00 a month. They debited my account for $1500.00 and two days later I was told they could'nt help, I need to pay the IRS. So I instructed them to put my money back in my account, which they said they would.
