Claimant says: "tax masters took over a 1000 dollars from my account before telling me i was supposed to do my past due taxes in order for them to do anything so i found that to be wrong to take such amount before explaining to me the process so i told them to stop the service because i didnt whant it any more and they dont whant to return the 1000 plus dollars that they took from my account so in another words the did absolutelly nothing for me but did take over 1000 dollars from my acdcount that they dont whant to give back..”
