Claimant says: "I have been a customer in this store for more than 9+yrs & the way I was treated on today 03-28-12. I will NOT spend another penny at this location. I ordered a 6pc wing from here & never been explained the condiment must have with my order, after my order was complete I asked for tartar sauce & ketchup , the two employees told me that cocktail sauce came with my order & I couldn't get any other condiment. Also if I had wanted condiments I'd have to spend a extra fee for them.

My response was: Everyone does not eat cocktail sauce & I don't eat it so give me the condiments that I request. Lady Employee: I have to take what came with order, I repeated that's not what I wanted & she didn't tell me cocktail sauce came with my order just salad or fries with my order & my opinion condiments come with my request. She told me NO! & just take my order and LEAVE I'm appalled at this point and asked for a refund. They refused I took my order & walked outside I turned around & went back inside & told them that I demanded a refund. The male employee says: that they don't give refunds & I had to take what they gave me I told them I wasn't satisfied with my order or service & I'd been a customer for yrs here he told me he didn't CARE who I were & to leave from his store or he'd call the police & I asked him if i could exchange,I don't want the food since I can't get proper CONDIMENTS he said NO I told him I was not leaving with that order because I don't appreciate the service. He locked the door and said I wouldn't not leave with an exchange nor refund he also told every customer that came to the door that they were CLOSED.
Once the police arrived he asked what was the problem, I stated my case and he turned to the owner and asked if he'd refund my money, MALE EMPLOYEE: told him NO everyone get the same order the officer asked me to step outside & said I can't make them give you your money back, but I'd contact Better Buisness Bureau and make a complaint the officer & I walked backed into the store & I took my order & left.*” ...Show less »
