Claimant says: "The motel owner/manager is running a scam. We checked into the motel on or about 6/23/11,I asked for a smoking room and was informed they did not have smoking rooms. We took the room anyway and agreed not to smoke in the motel.So we DID NOT smoke in the motel. The next day after we checked out I received a phone call from the manager/owner telling me that we smoked in the motel and he had charge my Visa a $50.00 + Tax fine.
