Claimant says: "After paying off account #2583068-23, which was a car loan, Suncoast has refuse to release a bill-of-sale or the title to the car without an explanation. I moved to Georgia in 2009. I need one or the other to get a legal tag to operate the car in georgia. I am 74yrs old and I need to go to and from the doctor on a regular basis. Furthermore, Suncoast repossessed the car illegally, after I had made a payment in October, 2009. The car was towed 60 miles away.
