My wife passed away suddenly in Aug 2008 and what was done up until that time I am really not sure since she mostly worked on it while I was at work (unrelated to her business). When I contacted Stores on line I was notified that no such account existed. So I am out about $4,000 to Stores on Line, $17,000+ to PMI, and $14,000+ to The Tax Club.
