The first battery stopped working in December of 2011 and the second battery has quit just a few days ago. I have been trying to contact Customer service at the only given number (1-800-653-8594) and through email on their given website (smokefreeonline.com). I have even sent the first battery back to the company with a letter explaining the problem and it was sent back without fixing the battery with the (LIFETIME) warranty, nor any note, email, or call back from the company! I have posted on their Facebook page and have yet to get a response from them. I have scoped out their page and others are having similar issues.All that has been said back to the customer's is to contact the company's 1-800 number between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. I have tried numerous times to contact them during these hours and every time I have gotten a recording saying office is closed and to please call back during office hours. I do not want my money back, but for the company to replace both my (2) batteries, wall charger, and cartridges which do not work. Therefore the product is unusable as-is and it is impossible to get a hold of anyone to help with this matter.*” ...Show less »
