Claimant says: "In August of 2011, I purchased the Gold kit from Smoke Free Electronic Cigarette Company and the batteries, which have a lifetime warranty, have stopped working. The first battery stopped working in December of 2011 and the second battery has quit just a few days ago. I have been trying to contact Customer service at the only given number (1-800-653-8594) and through email on their given website (smokefreeonline.com).
