Claimant says: "I personally would not recommend Shear Comfort, Ltd to ANYONE! The samples they provide are so that you will purchase, only to receive a lesser quality. The customer service is worthless, when I actually did speak to someone [ONCE] the lady kept putting me on hold to ask her manager questions and the phone call ended with her calling me back with an answer regarding my refund. I am still waiting almost 2 weeks later. I try calling them only to receive VM. My advice, stay away from Shear Comfort, Ltd.”
